Please describe your professional development ideals:

I continue to be a leader in the Anesthesia Department of Aultman Hospital. There have been a lot of administrative changes lately but I see the department continuing to grow. A lot of changes for the good have been taking place and I see that continuing in the future. I sit on several committees that continue to make a difference.
