Truth is, you learn something new every single day in the technology business. It's a growing education that I really enjoy.

Career Experience:

My Information Technology experience dates back 12 years ago in 1999 when I started working at FEDEX Custom Critical and performed off hours IT Help Desk Support. It was during my first year there when I built my first ever computer with no prior knowledge.

Please describe your professional development ideals:

I began this project and named it after what I realized that not only Stark County, but the entire world needs, "Computer Solutions". I've witnessed several Stark computer repair businesses, both local and nationwide chains, that are performing unsatisfactory services and show lack of customer service skills. I think every citizen of Stark deserves the very best, and nothing less. No matter the circumstance, leaving every customer with a smile on their face has always been my goal.
