I'm interested in organizational communications, networking opportunities, professional development and blogging.

Education Background:

I have a bachelor's degree from Malone University in Communication Arts with a concentration in public relations, while minoring in English Literature.

Career Experience:

As public relations coordinator and sales representative for H-P Products, Inc. in Louisville, Ohio, I maintain clientele by prioritizing sales leads according to significance, write press releases, update social media channels, write magazine articles and use concise communication when working with people in various mediums. I also create press kits and sell our product at tradeshows all over the United States. Working in two divisions, I employ daily the fundamental skills of time management, multi-tasking and logical communication.

I'm interested in the many areas of the communications field. I develop within these areas by working on my skills as a leader and communicator with Stark Community Toastmasters. I help the club reach out into the community as their Vice President of Public Relations.

Powerful writing skills is a necessity for a public relations professional, and I work on this by freelancing for North Canton Patch. I interview people and write articles, while looking for that perfect story.

I believe that it's important to keep an active involvement within the community. I plan to get involved by networking with like-minded professionals.
