FELLOW HOST REQUIREMENTS

- Development of employee committed to the Stark County community
- Recruitment tool to foster emerging talent
- Strong contribution to local economic development efforts
- 2-year development commitment
- Access to employees with knowledge and skills of the most current technologies.
FELLOW HOST REQUIREMENTS
- Provide meaningful and challenging work assignments, with the
opportunity for Fellow to work on innovative projects.
- Provide time/support for Fellow to attend Fellowship activities
and events, including: Community service projects (one per
year), Volunteer commitment (e.g. ArtsinStark or United
Way), ystark! and Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce
events.
- Commitment from senior management to support and interact with
Fellow and provide required evaluations.
- Agreement to salary and benefits.
