Fellowship requirements tend to vary from month to month. For example, ystark! Fellows will be asked to help encourage and recruit local college graduates by sharing experiences and lessons learned while being part of the Fellowship. All supervisors are aware that these commitments could conflict with normal business hours and are more than willing to adjust to allow the Fellows to balance these two commitments. Fellows must also remember their community obligations as part of their commitment to the Fellowship and companies.
