Preferably, you will have an even better idea of where you want your career to go and how to get there after your time with the Fellowship. Your opportunities after completion of the Fellowship program are nearly endless. Some fellows may choose to continue with their host company in an expanded role if a position is available.Others may explore the possibility of graduate school. Others may move to new roles with different companies.

The Fellowship is a learning opportunity where Fellows will learn much about their career and themselves. Our goal is to give our Fellows the ability, confidence and tools to create a successful career. We think that Stark County is a great place to do business and we feel it is of utmost importance to keep talented young professionals in our area. Our hope is that you develop a group of personal friends and professional colleagues in the county through the ystark! Fellowship. In the future, you will likely be in the position to create jobs and further economic growth and we hope you will choose to do that in Stark County.
