You will most likely remain with the same company for the entire two-year period of the Fellowship. However, the nature of your position within that company may evolve, which permits flexibility in tailoring your work responsibilities to meet your career goals. In the end, it is your responsibility to work with your colleagues and supervisors to form an experience that will be beneficial both personally and professionally.
